Payment
 

We accept payments on our website by credit card, shop pay, paypal and afterpay



International Taxes

We do not collect international taxes. We are not responsible for any customs, duties fees or sales taxes that may be assessed to your order by your country. Please be aware of the rules for your country regarding customs/duties taxes before placing an order.

We cannot declare a lower value for customs purposes than the actual value of the merchandise. Doing so is a felony and subject to fines and imprisonment. Please DO NOT ASK us to break the law.


USA Sales Tax
 
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where MBA Cosmetics holds a presence and states where tax collection is reciprocal. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
 

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
 
Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. MBA Cosmetics reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
 

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 1-3 day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
                                         

Pre-Orders
                          
Orders containing  Pre-Order items will ship together when the pre-order items are in stock and ready to ship. Please refer to the pre-order information regarding the expected in stock date.
 
Pre-order expected availability dates are an estimate and subject to change.
 

Refunds and Returns

Please contact us  if you have any problems with your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are not subject to return or exchange. The only exception to this policy is if you received an incorrect or defective item.  We may, in some cases authorize a return on an individual basis, so long as product is unopened and unused.

If it is necessary to return an item, you must contact us first to authorize and arrange returns.

All returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage in return shipping.
Damaged returns will not be accepted or refunded.                                                                                                                                                                                        

Unclaimed Packages and Cancellations                                                                                                                                               

Orders can be cancelled before we have shipped the order with no service fee. Orders that have been shipped and are refused/not signed for or returned to us will be subject to a 35% return fee and shipping expenses.                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Damaged Items or Missing Items

Please contact us within 7 Days of receipt of package to report any damage or to report any missing items or incomplete orders.

No claim for damage will be granted a refund without photo evidence of damage. 

*Photos must be provided in order to claim damage caused by the shipping provider. We need photos of the damaged products, the shipping box, and a clear picture of the shipping label. These are USPS requirements to claim insurance coverage.

 
Route Insurance
 
We offer Route Insurance to protect our customers and ourselves from loss, theft or damage. We highly recommend purchasing this insurance. 

 
If you opt out of the optional insurance, there will be no coverage for loss or damage.
                   

Shipping

Please verify your delivery address and email are correct. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, your order could be delayed or not received at all. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an invalid or incorrect shipping address.


Orders are processed in 1-3 business days

Large orders, sales events & periods of heavy sales volume, or if we need to restock/manufacture products, may cause the processing time to be extended.

USPS is our preferred shipping carrier. First Class Mail is our standard shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Tracking

All shipments are sent with tracking/delivery confirmation. Tracking information is provided via an email when we print your shipping label.

You can track USPS Mail shipments via the USPS website.
