When Returns Cannot Be Accepted:

Due to health and hygiene regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetics once:

*The hygiene seal has been broken

*The product has been used, tested, or swatched

*The product has been opened.

*The product has been removed from its sealed protective packaging.

*Even if the product wasn’t used, opening the sealed packaging voids the right of withdrawal.

For safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Products must be properly wrapped and protected during return shipping to prevetn damage.

Products damaged during return shipping will not be accepted.
