Let me first say that I have probably almost all their singles, all of a sudden there pans have a much more shallow pan size and are not full. All of.my.other singles from them are full and a normal pan depth. After reaching out to the owner, I was told that they came from the manufacturer and that the ones they fill themselves are full to the top and of normal pan depth. Considering I have most of their shadows, I'm confused because I've never ever seen this, but they make it sound like sometimes they use a manufacturer and other times no.. it sounds a little strange to me. She also claims that about a dozen other indie brands use this same manufacturer that uses these shallow pans and not filled to the top... I'm a collector of indie shadows, and I've never seen this before.. so beware you will pay the same amount for less product. I won't get into all the other issues I had with her because this review area won't let me leave a long review. Never buying from them again.
